We want you to love BeemNotch. If the app doesn’t fit your workflow or your Mac, we’ll refund your purchase under the terms below.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 daysof your purchase, for any reason. No interrogations, no “why are you leaving” forms.
2. Eligibility
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date on your receipt.
- The request comes from the email used at checkout, or includes the order ID.
- The license has not been flagged for abuse (e.g., resale, public key sharing).
3. How to Request a Refund
Email refunds@beemnotch.com with the subject line “Refund request” and include:
- Your order ID or the email used at checkout.
- (Optional) A short note about what didn’t work for you — it helps us improve the app, but is never required.
We aim to reply within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card network, it typically appears within 5–10 business days.
4. What Happens to Your License
After a refund is processed, the associated license is revoked. The BeemNotch app will stop unlocking pro features the next time it validates your license, and you should uninstall it from your Mac.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined or reduced in the following cases:
- The request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
- The license has been used in violation of our Terms of Service (key sharing, resale, fraud).
- The purchase was made through a third-party reseller — in that case, please contact the reseller directly.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us; we will dispute these and revoke the license.
6. Try Before You Buy
BeemNotch offers a free tier so you can evaluate the core experience before purchasing. We strongly recommend trying it first to confirm compatibility with your Mac and macOS version.
7. Statutory Rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence (such as the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital goods).
